Reliable Roughing / Backing Line Isolation and Rough Metering
The 22.0 Diaphragm Valve series is designed as a multipurpose valve. Usable for roughing/backing line isolation or rough metering requirements it delivers low to no maintenance reliable operation, a very small footprint, easy system integration and an easy dosing mechanism. It can be used for gasses as well as liquids.
The 22.0 Diaphragm Valve is based on the diaphragm principle with high conductance and full isolation of mechanical parts from the media. It is equipped with a very durable FKM Diaphragm that can be changed very easily if necessary.
Already installed in thousands of demanding applications under various process conditions, the 22.0 Diaphragm Valve has proven its outstanding reliability. It has become the standard for multipurpose requirements as a universal valve that can be used for different process needs. This also makes it a prime solution for reducing stock levels of spares in bigger production systems or systems that require frequent setup changes – fewer variations, just one valve. The 22.0 does the job, wherever required.
The 22.0 Diaphragm Valve is available in sizes from DN 16 – 40mm (5/8" – 1 ½"). It is operated manually via a handwheel. Its body material is aluminum. Flange connectors are ISO-KF.
