This year's SEMICON China took place from March 17-19, 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
We presented our complete range of vacuum valve solutions for semiconductor production at various theme islands to the once again pleasingly lively crowd of visitors at our booth. Starting with our customized transfer valve solutions up to solutions for every isolation and control requirement, we placed a special focus on our sub-fab solutions.
Since gas streams with a high proportion of by-products represent a particular challenge in this area, we presented our 09.1 series in the standard version with self-cleaning wedge gate valve as well as in the version with an additional protective ring for particularly loaded gas streams.
Furthermore, we offered interested visitors information on our extensive upgrade and retrofit program as well as our new Fixed Price Refurbishment service.
As FPD China was held in parallel with the SEMICON exhibition, we also presented vacuum valve solutions for display production at our booth.
Semicon China is, according to the organizer, the world's largest international trade show for semiconductor technology, held once a year in Shanghai. This year, according to the organizer, around 66,000 visitors attended the fair.
